Laser Safety Compliance provides Class I Certifications for OEM's and End User Customers.  We will perform a Risk Assessment Hazard Analysis and review the Engineering Design to ensure your Laser Installation is Compliant with the Code of Federal Regulations 1040.1, Federal Laser Product Performance Standards and EIN/EN 60825.1 and EIC/EN 60825.4.  Once approved, LSC provides a signed Class I Certificate.

Laser Safety Compliance performs Risk Assessment Hazard Analysis to determine data such as Maximum Permissible Exposure for your laser wavelength, beam divergence and power output.  We conduct calculations to determine Nominal Ocular Hazard Distance, and Nominal Hazard Zone Distance for Ocular and Skin Hazards.  We perform calculations to determine safe distances for ocular and skin hazard for specular and diffuse reflections.  We can assist in the development of your beam shield and make the necessary recommendations to ensure your team builds a safe laser environment for your operators and plant personnel.

We assist in creating the proper supporting documentation for our OEM's and End User Customers in order for them to fill out the FDA 3632 Form.  Once the FDA form is sent registering and certifying their laser product, the FDA through the Center of Devices and Radiological Health registers the laser product and if the documentation is compliant, the FDA/CDRH returns an Accession Number via an acknowledgement letter.

Laser Safety Compliance LLC specializes in the design, manufacturing and installation of Beam Shield enclosures ensuring lasers are operating in a safe manner protecting operators and plant personnel.  We ensure previously classified as Class IV lasers, once fully integrated, become Class I systems. We can build and integrate into your existing production line, or create single stand alone systems depending on your particular needs.
